Local photojournalist Kefilwe Fifi Monosi is exhibiting a collection of photographs that address gender-based violence. The series of photographs dubbed ‘See What I See’ is being exhibited to the general public at various shopping centers such as Main Mall, Rail Park and African Mall. The See What I See project comprises of 16 photographs with each dedicated to the respective days within the 16 days. The compilation has different photographs that depict various forms that of gender-based violence.

See What I See, is a photo-visual series that intimately invites people into the lives of GBV survivors — using simplicity and start contrast to create the melancholy and brutality that survivors often hide, and give viewers cause to pause and reflect.

Kefilwe(1988) is a photojournalist concentrating on social issues mostly affecting women and children and also just issues that are considered a taboo to talk about in society. She is based in Gaborone Botswana and available for assignments in Africa and the rest of the world.
